Wonderful Home This is a beautiful home...it has 4 stories and is great for large families or groups. There is plenty of room to spread out, has a good location, and the house is well decorated. The house is equipped with all the "little things" you need, especially in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and would come back! Owners Response: Great to have you! Xmas 2012 My family and I spent our 2012 Christmas in this beautiful home. We had 14 people plus 3 infants and there was plenty of room to spare. The home was perfectly decorated and furnished as well as having plenty of towels, linens and kitchenware to facilitate our group. It snowed 3 of the 7 days we spent at the home, the streets were plowed and snow removal was performed on the driveway, stairs and decks when needed. The property manager was very prompt with his responses when booking and furnished the home with 3 cribs for the infants prior to our arrival. We had one issue with the hot water tank on our final day at the home, I called the the property manager and within 15 minutes he was at the house and fixed the problem immediately. The home was priced very competitively for the area and in a great location just off the beat and path. I would highly recommend staying at this home and I cant say enough good things about our experience overall. Owners Response: Great to have you! Loved this house! We spent a week at this home with extended family and LOVED it. The kitchen, dining and great room area are spectacular. Great location and huge fenced yard for little ones to play outside. Excellent service from the property manager contributed to our delightful stay. Fantastic! This house is PERFECT for a winter rental. Four families with 7 kids fit easily in this spacious house. Large backyard for the kids to play and a huge kitchen for us to make amazing meals. Beautiful, Clean Home Weve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals in South Shore, but this was by far the best. It was roomy and clean and we loved it. The kitchen had everything we needed and more (except a spatula - but we bought one and left it there, so dont worry). There was a lot of room for all of us to spread out, there were games there to play, and the neighborhood is nice for walking in any season. The rental process was easy and the contract was very clear and easy to deal with. We not only would recommend this house to our friends, we are planning on coming back next year! Great vacation property! Great vacation rental in quiet South Lake neighborhood. Very large kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. Lots of living space for kids to roam around and very nice sleeping arrangements. Propery manager was incredibly helpful. WiFi and TV with OnDemand worked great.

Beautiful, relaxing, vacation home! This home is gorgeous!! My cousins and I stayed here for 4 nights/5 days for a Girls Getaway and it far exceeded our expectations. The home is very clean & well maintained and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. We spent the days going horseback riding, parasailing, kayaking etc., so the hot tub was a welcomed amenity at the end of the night. The kitchen is great and came fully stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils etc. The beds are comfy and cozy. The surround sound stereo system is awesome. The Realtor was very easy to communicate/work with and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to family and friends. Great Vacation Home for Large Groups. We stayed for 5 nights in August of 2013. Our group consisted of 4 families with 8 young kids. The house was spacious enough that it felt very comfortable the entire stay. The house was a modern design. It was very clean, organized, well maintained, and generally well stocked with towels and other amenities (we would suggest you bring some tissue boxes). Additionally, the decor gave the home character. The layout of the house is well designed. We especially liked the Main Floor plan with a large kitchen that opens to the dining room and the living room. The rear deck with hot tub and the front balcony were nice spots to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a gas grill, serving ware, glassware, cooking utensils, tupperware, and pots & pans. The appliances were high end. We really enjoyed cooking in (and saving some $). Both Master Suites are very large. The other two bedrooms are fair size. The "penthouse" was the kids private sanctuary, complete with multiple bunk beds and TV. We did experience a couple minor nuisances. They included the seemingly overwatering (twice a day) of the rear yard lawn area. Each time we checked, the lawn was bit too wet to play on. The other nuisance is that the gardener came one of the mornings and started to mow the lawn at about 8:00am. The property manager Erik Maliska was very professional and easy to work with from booking to checking out. He was responsive and accommodated our requests. Overall we very pleased with and enjoyed staying at this house. We will certainly stay here again the next time we visit South Tahoe. With the back lawn just being seeded, unfortunately it requires a lot of watering during the summer. Perfect Vacation! Immaculate home, the pictures dont do it justice. Every thing from the linens to the appliances are high quality. The upstairs master is huge with anenormous walk closet and lots of light.The neighborhood is quite and so close to everywhere we wanted to go. being able to go straight to the house to check in was awesome after a 9hour drive. Erik was quick to respond to emails, texts etc..and very patient And helpful in finding us the perfect place to host our families. Best rental ever. Worth every penny! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. This house was much more than we expected. Our extended family of 11 was very comfortable with nicely appointed bedrooms for everyone. When we walked in for the first time, the house looked beautiful and spotless. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. When we werent in the hot tub, we were exploring the attractions; our favorite activities were hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking. The last night we were there, we ate at Scusa Italian Ristorante in South Lake Tahoe; everyone had a wonderful meal. The property manager provided excellent service and always promptly returned my calls. I will definitely recommend this property. Owners Response: Great to hear! Gorgeous home in the pines. We had a large party of family members for our daughters wedding. The house is perfectly set up for a few families to comfortably stay- privacy but plenty of common space for visiting. Eric was great to deal with. We will be back!!

Comfortable stay among the fragrant Jeffrey pines. 6 adults and 4 children had ample, comfortable room in this well-maintained, spacious house during our 10 day stay. The 5 bedrooms guaranteed everyone enough privacy and the rec. room allowed the kids to enjoy themselves to the fullest while other areas provided adults with quiet space. The well designed back yard provided a fun space for all. As always, the entire family enjoyed swimming and picnics at nearby beautiful Popes Beach. Since we find this property so ideal, we look forward to planning our winter and summer vacations here. We have no desire to look elsewhere. Greatest House Ever, Something for Everyone! This home is perfect, easy access from Hwy. 50, great amenities and something for everyone in the large entertainment room. Multiple decks, Hot Tub and large garden perfect for kids and pets. We have rented it for several Summers and spent a family Thanksgiving and Easter here. Kitchen is well appointed and bed rooms are comfortable. Great family vacation spot, in a VERY quite neighborhood! Owners Response: Come again soon! The owner just keeps making improvements, and the new stairs from the lower deck to the backyard is a great improvement built this summer.

Great Summer Home I rented this house to celebrate my 40th birthday with a bunch of close friends and couldnt be happier with the experience. The house is spacious and well-furnished, with plenty of space for 14 grown ups to hang out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is fantastic, very well appointed and served as a perfect common area. The deck and yard are beautiful and tranquil, and provided many fine evenings of outdoor grilling and cocktails. The neighborhood is also a plus. Quiet and relaxing with a fantastic grocery store very close by. There are hiking trails within a short walk from the front door, with many more being a very short drive away. The casinos and lake are maybe 15 min away. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for a family reunion! This is a beautiful, comfortable, and very family friendly home. We took all our children and grandchildren for a "family reunion" and it was wonderful. The beautiful backyard was the perfect spot for our "Family Olympics" games! The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group. The grandkids had so much fun in the huge game room, they couldnt figure out what to play with first. The family room was perfect for family time, arts and crafts, TV time, and relaxing. The little ones enjoyed watching movies and having popcorn in the master bedroom. The spa was warm and inviting. Eric, from the management company was very friendly, professional, provided excellent customer service, and was a pleasure to work with. We had a question about the spa, and he promptly returned my call and talked us through the settings for it. We would definitely recommend this home, you wont be disappointed! Great Location South of the City We had a large group (12 people) and at no point did we feel like we were short on space. The house is laid out very well for group interaction on the main floor. We prefer to stay outside of South Lake as we tend to ski Kirkwood and it was a perfect set up for us. Wed definitely rent this home again.

We had a blast with the whole family! We brought the whole family to this house for my parents 40th anniversary and Thanksgiving. It was perfect! Kids, dogs, thirty somethings, and the parents had everything we needed for a 5 day getaway. My parents loved the entry level master suite, topped off with a nice tub for my mom to soak in. I was very happy that they didnt have to contend with any stairs to get in and out of the house. The yard was sealed off with a fence for the dogs with plenty of room for them to run around. Heaven in tahoe! We stayed at Tahoe to celebrate our kids birthday. We had a choice between Disneyland and This property and we are glad we made this choice to stay at Eriks property. Pics dont do justice to beauty of this place. It is just wonderful. My kids insisted we stay here again on their Bday! Best vacation home ever My family has a tradition of an annual vacation. We have been doing this for 10 years. Each year we go to a different location. We loved Lake Tahoe. There were numerous things to do: We paddle boarded on the lake and worked on our tans. We took advantage of the bike trails. We enjoyed the casinos. We took the tram up the mountain and took some great pictures. The best part was the lovely home. It had a fantastic game room (pinball machine, pool table, & air hockey); lovely yard, great for bocci ball; numerous flat screen TVs; a great kitchen; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms; and was beautiful inside. The property manager was great to work with. He even took the time to accept a package for me and drop it off at the house. He does a great job and is just a phone call away should there be any questions. I highly recommend this home. You will have a great time in a beautiful location and a beautiful home with a great property manager.

Perfect Place for familys! This is the second year we have stayed in this Vacation Rental and wish we could live here year round! The house is incredible and close to town. My grankids talk about it all year! And being able to have all 3 of my children and my granchildren in one place was so much fun! Kids got to play in the snow during the day and the adults got to hot tub at night. Something for everyone!!!This year we had to change dates because there was no snow when we were first suppose to go and they were awesum about it. Communication was A+++. Again this trip made me Mom /Grandma of the year!

Perfect for everyone! We spent much of ski week in this lovely home. Its immaculate, has an unbelievable chefs kitchen and master bedroom with amazing bath. The game room has more toys than are pictured on the website, and its close to everything. Theres plenty of room for everyone - master upstairs is perfect to provide a bit of space from the kids downstairs if needed. Website photos do not do it justice. The owners have set this rental up as a home, rather than just another rental property. Well definitely return asap! Castle in the snow Took my kids and grandkids for a 4 day vacation and had an incredible time. My Grankids called it the castle in the snow. The pictures do not do it justice, the place is beautiful!!! And the owners were a pleasure to deal with. Will be going back!! Summer Bliss in So. Shore by CB This home has easy access off Hwy. 50, and 10 min. To a major shopping area for extra ease while on vacation. Beautiful, quiet surroundings, comfortable furnishings and many in home activities to keep families busy. We loved our Summer stay and are sure to be back again and again!!!
